A review because of the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Customer Security analyzed 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five from the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It located that all eight samples were being regarded "defective". 5 of the items sampled contained fats besides cocoa butter, which is not permitted in items labelled "chocolate" in Germany
